Internet Explorer No Longer Supported After This Summer
As communicated on the Today page, Internet Explorer (IE) will no longer be supported after this summer. This means Healthy Choice members will need to utilize a different browser to access the Healthy Choice portal. In the past EHP has had issues viewing data in the Healthy Choice portal via IE. Google Chrome is a recommended browser to navigate the Healthy Choice portal. If you need assistance downloading Google Chrome, reach out to your local service desk to assist with the installation. If you need assistance navigating the Healthy Choice Portal, call EHP at 216.986.1050 (option 3).
Remember, you can also access the portal more conveniently by using the Healthy Choice app on your smart phone or device. More information on how to download the app is available on the EHP website.
Updates to EHP coverage for over-the-counter COVID-19 test:
Employee Health Plan (EHP) now covers over-the-counter COVID-19 test costs either at the point-of-sale with no up-front cost to the member, or through reimbursement after the purchase is made. This applies to over-the counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests that are FDA Approved under Emergency Use Authorization, and that are purchased on or after Jan 15, 2022.
