EHP members: Look for new insurance ID cards in January
Employee Health Plan (EHP) members in Ohio will soon receive new medical insurance ID cards from Mutual Health Services, our third party administrator.
Look for the new ID cards to be mailed at your home address on file in ONE HR: Workday and Portal. Do not destroy your current ID cards until you receive the new cards in the mail.
EHP members who live in Florida or are Out Of Area do not receive new ID cards at this time.
If you have questions, call the EHP at 216.448.2247, and press option 2.
How to schedule appointments faster
We know you’re busy. And so is the appointment center! Not to worry — here are timesaving tips to get the most value from your health plan.
Use MyChart to schedule appointments
Do you need a follow-up or office visit with your Cleveland Clinic provider? If so, you can avoid calling to make an appointment. Simply use MyChart
Yes, no more sitting on hold. MyChart lets you see the provider’s calendar and match with your own. You can also receive messages about appointments and communicate with your provider.
We highly encourage you to use MyChart for its convenience.
Know when to call
Sometimes you need to call. If so, remember the following:
- Appointment centers are busiest on Mondays and the day after a holiday
- Cleveland Clinic’s appointment center, which is 24 hours, is least busy after 6 p.m. and until 7 a.m.
