Akron General EHP - Employee Assistance Program

Cleveland Clinic Employee Assistance Programs are available to active employees and their eligible dependents when they need information, support or guidance to address concerns such as anxiety, stress management, marriage strengthening, childcare or eldercare matters, financial difficulties, work challenges or substance use problems.
These programs offer employees and their eligible household dependents confidential assessment, short-term counseling, and resource and referral services.  Services are confidential, and all records are kept separate from medical and employment records.

It is not necessary for Cleveland Clinic employees and their dependents to be enrolled in the Employee Health Plan (EHP) to access these services.  While there is no charge for these services, if a referral is made for services outside the program, the member will be responsible for any charges not covered by the health plan.
